If there is a certain property you are interested in, you can come by our office anytime between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday to pick up a key. No appointment is needed to take a key out from our office. It is a $20.00 deposit to take a key out from our office, and you get the $20.00 back as long as the key is back in our office by 4:00 p.m. the same day. Our office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. You will need to take a key out and view the inside of the property before you can fill out an application. We will not begin to process an application until you have seen the property you are interested in. You can pick up an application at our office, or we can email or fax one to you. There is no fee for the application. We check for monthly income and rental history during the application process.
